Denise Demby

Owner + Designer

Denise has been a Kitchen Designer since 1998. She is formally trained in design, having earned her Bachelor’s of Fine Art (BFA) Degree in Art and garnering National Kitchen & Bath Association (NKBA) training working in the kitchen and bath industry.

Denise worked in a variety of positions within the cabinet industry, from manufacturing to builder sales, before establishing her own showroom, Creative Arts Design Center, in 2010. A business that has since grown, year over year.

Located Denver, Colorado’s Sante Fe Arts District, the showroom consists of a variety of hands on displays, where Denise takes a visionary approach to all new projects, working with integrity and concern for all involved.

In addition to designing cutting-edge interiors, Denise is a working Artist, a seasoned professional who exhibits locally and internationally. So, when you work with Denise, you have a true Artist at your service, a person who offers something special.

Jim Dunn 

Partner + Contractor

Jim and his team of skilled tradespeople are Creative Arts Design Center construction partners, completing the physical work required to build and remodel kitchens, baths, and more.

Jim has been a licensed contractor since 1990, when he began building homes from the ground up, and remodeling existing structures.

Jim, through his company, Colors of Earth, also partners with his wife, Pam Dunn, who works as an interior painter with expertise in Faux finishes.

Together with Jim and Pam, Creative Arts Design Center can work through the building an or remodeling process to accomplish the look you desire.
